Kinda gave birth to our third bicolour to bicolour litter early today.

We have five gorgeous babies in all , and four are enormous !weighing around 120-130g a few hours after birth.tWe also have one tiny 41g lilac and white bicolour girl, who is being supplemented by me , we hope she makes it, she is a gorgeous little girl, and our first lilac!! Both Kindas and Lacies litters can be seen on the available page.

Lacie, our lovely blue girl gave birth to six beautiful babies today, but sadly one passed away just hours after her birth.All remaining 5 kittens and their mum are doing wonderfully.Lacie is  proving to be a good mother, and they are gaining  weight nicely.

we are pleased to announce the safe arrival of another beautiful litter from Kizzy and Flynn.

We have one Oriental girl and one siamese boy.One black oriental boy, and one lovely red and white bicolour.

We learned the very sad news today that Empathica Altered Images "Midge"  son of Kinda and Flynn (2009) escaped from his home in  London,was  hit by a car and killed instantly.

He was a stunning, big, loving boy, and will be very missed by all who knew him. Our hearts go out to Renee his human mum, and Merlin his feline best friend. xxxxx

Empathica Visage made her show debut yesterday at the Naturally Tica show in Elsecar.Incidentally the same venue as our stud boy Lebreton Harlyquin (and her dad )did so well at this time last year.

She received a really warm reception by all who met her, and people marvelled at her unusual markings.She behaved  quite well for her first show, and soon got the hang of the TICA show routine.There were some other ,absolutely  stunning cats and kittens there, and it was a lovely day.. Here is Viz relaxing  beween rings.

We want to congratulate Kindas' sister Katamountin pickandmix and her breeders, Maggie and Mike Ralph, on her recent show success at the Apricot and caramel federations sanction show last Saturday. She gained 6x 1sts and BOB. Well done  Pixie!  xxxx

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our latest litter of Empathica kittens, born to Lilly(adsetam Typere silverspot)and our stud boy Flynn(Lebreton Harlyquin).

ALSO

Flynn moved into his bachelor pad today.He has solar powered lighting, heated bed,  and   his own radio for a little background noise and company.

We have had so much going on lately, but are pleased to report that we have finally finished  the cattery, and it is ready for Flynn to move into...  (pictures coming soon in the gallery.)

 Phase two of the cattery is now complete....It  looks fantastic!!! we are really pleased.There are only a few final finishing touches needed to the interior, and then Flynn will be able to move in ...The younger children like it so much they said they want to live in it...

Kizzy gave birth to two good sized ,healthy babies yesterday  afternoon.

We gave Flynn a  few hours in his new house today, while it was quite mild (and even warm in the sunshine)Cadbury went along too so that he wasn't on his own ... Both loved noseying around, and  found the pop holes between sections a great source of amusement..I sat with them for a  while in the run area, and also gave them some of their favourite foods, to ensure that this feels like a positive experience , rather than  a scary one.

We are really pleased as our  new stud quarters for Flynn have gone up today.. The main structure is done ,we just have to line and insulate the inside now, and make it all nice and cosy for him.( and any lady visitors). We are also having a 14 ft run made, adjoining the house,with access from our lounge patio doors,   so that he, and the other cats  can have plenty of space to safely enjoy the fresh air.

Lilly , our siamese girl  has also spent some "quality" time with our Stud boy Flynn, and we hope to confirm  news of another litter of Empathica babies due late next month. watch this space for updates soon !!

Kizzy and Flynn our stud boy had a romantic liason,and we are pleased to report that  Kizzy is  definately expecting a litter of oriental kittens at the end of next month.

Flynn went to the Naturally Tica show at Elsecar. It was a very long day, but was nevertheless a great experience for our First Tica show.

His mood was affected by a grumpy cat benched directly behind him, hissing and growling,which sadly left him quite agitated for the whole day, but this did not reflect upon how well he did with the judges, and for a first show he did really well.

Flynn came first for best of colour and best of division in all of his preliminary rings, and finalled in two, gaining a 9th best speciality kitten, and then totally amazed us by gaining 1st best all breed kitten from  judge Marilyne Dombroskie from the USA.

 TICA shows certainly lived upto their reputation of being very friendly. I met lots of really genuine, lovely people, who helped point us in the right direction on the day.

Well done Flynnie!!!!

Kizzy and Kinda both went to the Yorkshire County cat Club show .Both girls were very well behaved, and really enjoyed the experience. Both came back with rosettes.Kizzy was placed  third in her  open class, and second in one of her side classes.Kinda gained a second in her open class, then two more seconds and a third place in her side classes..We are very proud of both girls . I was extremely fortunate to have had a wonderful "show buddy" Caroleen Falconer, to assist me on the day , and Both Kinda and Kizzys breeders' were there too , which was lovely. 

Kinda  had two pictures posted on the Cat Planet website which you can view here ,and Kizzy got a mention too.

Our beautiful new Bi colour girl Kinda  has now joined our family, and  we are so pleased to have her here with us at last..It was wonderful to  meet her lovely breeders , and the other members of their cat family. It was around a 9 hr round trip , but so worth it .

Kinda will be making her show debut shortly. watch this space for more details soon.

I knew my children were cat lovers, but It looks like our youngest daughter is becoming as cat barmy as her mum, she has applied to join a cat club, and hopes to have her own kitten/cat , and to pehaps to show him/her in the future...

I  Went to the Lincolnshire Cat show .(Kizzy's first show)  she came second in her open class, and third in one of her side classes. We are really proud of her.
